Registration
2.1. The user must register with Kir Taxi to use the service. During registration, the user must enter his name, surname, e-mail address and mobile phone number.
2.2. The user must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Kir Taxi will not be responsible for any problems or losses that the user may have due to providing incorrect or incomplete information.
Use of the service
3.1. The user can use the Kir Taxi service to order a taxi ride.
3.2. The user must be at the place of departure at the time the ride is ordered. If the user is not at the place of departure at the time of the ordered ride, the taxi driver has the right to cancel the ride.
3.3. The user must provide accurate information about the destination. Kir Taxi is not responsible for errors in the address provided by the user.
3.4. The user must be polite to the driver and must not perform any activities that could distract the driver while driving.
3.5. The user must not use the Kir Taxi service for illegal purposes or in a way that could damage Kir Taxi or other users.
Prices and payment
4.1. Prices for the Kir Taxi service are determined and displayed on the website.
4.2. Prices are calculated on the basis of kilometers driven or according to a pre-agreed amount.
4.3. Payment is made by card or directly to the driver in cash. Kir Taxi cannot be held responsible for problems that may arise when paying directly to the driver.
4.4. If the user does not pay his bill, Kir Taxi has the right to collect the debt through collection.
Data privacy
5.1. Kir Taxi respects the privacy of its users and collects, processes and uses only those personal data that are necessary to provide the service.
5.2. Kir Taxi protects the personal data of its users and will not share it with third parties without the express permission of the user.
5.3. Kir Taxi will use the user's personal data only for the purpose of providing the Kir Taxi service and for other purposes for which the user has given express permission.
Liability and limitations of liability
